These are Vintage used wheels that have been resurfaced to have a like new finish to them. They may appear to be scuffed, dirty, dusty, or have blemishes present.  Coning, chips, other materials present. Photos are taken and show the general condition of the wheels. However, it is not always possible to capture every blemish. Wheels are sold as-is and no returns are accepted.
